The Bona Style: Mad Hatter

This season, hats take on a new direction with fun patterns, bright color blocking, and new shapes. I love hats and use any excuse to pull them out. Hats are the perfect fix to a bad hair day; they also work for that girl on the go, and are a key essential when traveling.
My favorite type of hat to rock is the Fedora—it makes you look instantly chic, and it can be worn with dressy and casual looks. This season the classic Fedora hasn't gone anywhere, but there's a cool new spin on it with weaving patterns and colors around the brim. I found the coolest update just this Sunday from Target! Yes, of all places! Which just goes to show you…it is all about what you are looking for!

I also love a big straw floppy hat; these are not just limited to beach wear but can look very modern with a LBD, (little black dress). This season there are really great fun stripes on floppy hats along with prints!
Regardless if you’re classic in the fedora, modern in the floppy, or sporty in the baseball cap—hats are a MAJOR Do!! So don't say you’re not a hat person; treat your fashion boundaries and rock this look!
