A Lucky Girl's Life: How to Practice Good Karma
Posted by Shorebread | Wednesday, November 07, 2012

What we put out to the universe is what comes back to us. I would never wish anything bad on anyone because I know how it works. When your intentions are good you start to see great things happen. You get what you give, whether it is good or bad.
My Tips for Cultivating Good Karma:
* Practice unselfish love.
* Be willing to help others without expecting anything in return.
* Express gratitude for what you already have.
* Focus on finding solutions instead of wasting energy on your problems.
* Better someone else's less fortunate life by donating money or time to a cause close to your heart.
* Always believe in yourself even if people around you don't.
* When you are positive you make the people around you feel the same way.
* Be the kind of friend that you would want to have.
* Act as if your destiny is already happening and enjoy the journey getting there.
* Try to put a smile on someone's face everyday.
* Never be jealous; be happy for the success of others.
* Go out of your way to be kind to the elderly.
* Help homeless people and animals.
* Practice random acts of kindness and teach your kids the same.
* Always be truthful to yourself and others.
* Express your innermost feelings and let the past go.
* Be good to yourself...nurture your mind, body and soul.
* Say I love you to someone you care about.
* Practice having faith; believe all things are possible.
* Be thankful for everyday that you wake up healthy.
