Berlin Mayor Recovering After Dog Attack; Tyndall To Miss First Meeting As Mayor

BERLIN– Mayor Zack Tyndall will miss his first council meeting since being elected tonight.Tyndall was attacked by two dogs near Salisbury University last week and is currently home recovering.
